As a floral designer, I (Kathy) create personalized bouquets, landscapes, plantscapes, and holiday decorations using a wide variety of fresh flowers and greenery stems from my local suppliers to bring you fresh bouquets each time with every season.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE BOUQUET SUBSCRIPTION? 

Contact us through email by filling out the contact information box with your name, email, and message. We will reach out to you and create a floral subscription just for you.    

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY SUBSCRIPTION BOUQUET? 

When we visit about your bouquet subscription, we will discuss which week each month you would like the delivery (i.e. 1st week, 2nd week, etc.).    

WHAT COMES IN MY SUBSCRIPTION BOUQUETS? 

We handpick out the fresh stems that are used in each bouquet to ensure freshness is at its best. You will receive an everyday arrangement and no two bouquets will be the same. Flowers will include stems of seasonal fresh flowers and greenery. Designs will be made in a glass vase or decorative container (aka vessel). Each vessel will approximately be the same size although the color may vary. Also, as part of your subscription, we will be recycling your vases upon delivery. As we deliver your new arrangement monthly, we will pick up the last delivered vessel. 

MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR MY ORDER?

HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICES OR THE 12-MONTH BOUQUET SUBSCRIPTION? 

Cash, Check, and Credit Cards are accepted as payment.   

WHAT ADVICE WOULD WE RECOMMEND TO PROLONG THE BEAUTY AND FRESHNESS OF THE BOUQUET? 

To ensure that the bouquet lasts longer, make sure the water level stays full using cold tap water. Keep the bouquet out of direct sunlight for long periods of time. When a stem is no longer fresh, pull it out of the vessel to maintain the life of the remaining bouquet stems.  

COULD I ORDER MY BOUQUET SUBSCRIPTION ON THE DAY OF AN EVENT? 

Pre-orders are appreciated but in special circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate your need. Please contact us as soon as these special events arise.
